If you're putting in for an engineering course, then most universities or polytechnics will consider you for admissions so far you have credits in other required subjects BUT I don't think that is acceptable in other science courses. Best of luck

Just tell him to calm down, he should write another olevel exams to clinch the English. Nothing to hurry about, it's better than he go for any useless course that he'll eventually regret afterwards. Patience and good planning pays.

You can always sit for gce or any other related exam. And process your result with awaiting result. Most uni allow it.

For polytechnic you can be offered admission but with condition that u must make up ur English language at olevel before your result will be issued to u.
