Some ladies choose to marry men who have wives not because they cannot get younger men, but may be because the older man is rich. Besides its better to marry an older man than to be chasing the same older man out of wedlock. Dont you think so?

That is not an islamic wedding event. That is a dinner party just like the ones you do during your weddings. Islam has no separate rules for the poor and rich. We simply choose wether to obey or not obey the commandments of the religion. When next you see a wedding with ladies dressed like that just have it at the back of your mind that they, out of choice, decided to dress like that.
