I get this error whenever i boot my laptop - 'Error while unpacking program, code LP5. Please report to author'. What do i do please?

A new laptop? The truth is, i just installed XP on my laptop; it actually came in with Vista.

LP5 normally means that the package is corrupt. This can happen as a result of a bad download or malware on your PC.

There are also some reports on the web that this error can be provoked by bugs in 3rd party software.

it shows how ignorant u are, formatting is the very last option & not the first

so next time understand the problems before proffering solutions cos some people really need help & complications aight?
