The accident happened at LAB Bus-stop just after Idimu Police station, yesterday. The Ford Explorer SUV had brake failure, crossed the covet to the other side of the road and hit the Toyota Hilux. The VIO officer who was checking the Hilux car at the time of the accident was crushed and seriously injured. More photos after the cut...

Collect one pepsi and gala. I will pay. The poster was right there and he still posted this misleading article.

I wonder when Nigerians will know the name of cars. That's why they always go wrong when reporting a Crime scene to Cops, while describing the cars they came with.
The other day, Pastor Chris gifted his Drummer a Toyota Fortuner, but the media called it a Lexus Jeep not even SIV lol before they finally called it a Toyota 4runner as 'forerunner'
Now from the pics here it's clearly seen from the Pickup's badge on the grille, that it is a Mitsubishi L200.
But all Pickup Trucks to Nigerians are Hilux.
The other Vehicle doesn't even look like an Explorer.

it look kinda intentional from one of them

or they are both running from something undecided

cool It appears they were both trying to avoid a head-on collision. Unfortunately they both swerve towards the same side of the road -resulting in a front-side swipe. Speed was probably no more than 45 miles per hr as can be seen from the relatively tame damage and the stoppage distance from the main road.

Right on! The other car is a Mercury Mountaineer. Perhaps Op posted pics of the wrong accident?
