Job description Responsibilities:
• Answer all phone, email, or fax inquires using available resources.
• Communicate/Assist customers at different levels (senior management, management, dealers, sales reps, VP's, architects, internal departments) over the phone, face to face, and in writing.
• Follow up on inquiries within strict time lines.
• Assist callers with entry level product questions.
• Compose business letters using templates.
• Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of commonly used customer service concepts, practices and procedures.
• Maintains the workstation to ensure all required material is available to provide a timely response to callers.
Education - Experience - Certifications - Licenses - Registration Requirements:
• Two (2) to three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably gained in a manufacturing environment or dealing with a technical product.
• A two year college degree or technical certification is preferred.
Required Competencies - Computer Skills - Other:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using Gmail in a professional context a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, math, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with customer service systems and customer service environment.
• Manufacturing,property and maintenance experience preferred.

Primary job responsibilities
• Develop marketing essay,collateral, digital assets, and video content
• Build and carry out a go-to-market plan to grow the market awareness
• Author and edit original content for both internal and external use
• Promote organizational awareness of the services business unit and marketing activities
• Implement and carry out multi-channel marketing tactics, programs, and campaigns
• Coordinate global pre-sales and thought leadership activities and participants
• Oversee the production of individual creative projects across internal and external vendors
• Assist in the management of Oxyglobal Consulting’s online properties and programs
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and research to inform planning activities
• Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and partners
