Special Forces is rather a strange affair or terms to many of us civilians that are just applying. So, its not out of place if u kindly explain what that means here.

Even I still don't get the 'BA in PE' which they specified as the Academic qualification

Maybe we are viewing the site and its requirements from different angles or so. SPECIAL FORCES says you must possess BA in PE and not MA. Again, you must be well built physically with not less than 1.78 metres in height. PE is Physical Education. They are mostly into sports and training.

Okay. Very sure he can apply if he wishes to as it cost him nothing. The chances of him being invited for interview is the same for them who have got their nysc cert already. At the time in which final list would be released he would have collected his nysc cert even though he might not be with it during interview. It is all a try.
