However, in her ruling, Justice Adebiyi refused the request to admit the defendants to bail based on the stated conditions. mtchew. Akpobolokemi and six other employees of the agency were arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for allegedly stealing N754,740,680 belonging to NIMASA. |

This is shocking! 20milliom out of what? Dunno why all these judges are giving verdict this way? When some one stole money of about 800 million and was asked to bail out with 20million. Even though all facts and evidences points towards him and his colleagues as the real culprit. Then, the information this is passing to Nigerians is that any citizen can loot up any available money and get bailed out with just 5% of the stolen money at the end of the day. This shows its a business deal with huge gain..........Just saying anyway...... I think there should be a proper and more sophisticated judgement against this kind of case subsequently. It shouldn't continue this way. I rest my case. BTW, you can check my signature for live testimonies on how to get rid excess ugly belly fats 6 Likes |

A Nigga accused of stealing 750 Million naira gets granted a bail of 20 Million naira? That Judge needs to be investigated by the EFCC and Psychiatric Doctors. 34 Likes 1 Share |

N20M only?? What kind of a judge is this? Well, her decision is based on her personal conviction. She is definitely writing her own appraisal for Nigerians to judge. 6 Likes |

Say what No cause for alarm though, he has 5 cases simultaneously, so he can't wriggle out of all. Hope the CJN has taken taken notice of the saboteur of a judge though.... 11 Likes |

MadCow1: How much is Metuh charged for? What is the amount of his bail? Yet zombies cannot see Buhari is NOT fighting any war against corruption. No! He is simply on a targeted revenge mission. www.nairaland.com/attachments/2682938_img2015072826629_jpegfa206e5609ff464467c82ea736caee6a 9 Likes 3 Shares |

All this people should be facing firing squad and not facing a direction to the house they built with questionable funds. We copied the law from the British, meanwhile the crime committed there is often less grievous. It's High time we had our custom made laws that handles our peculiar crimes. 2 Likes |

It's so pathetic our courts and justices are nothing to write home about, Patrick was alleged of 750m fraud and got away with 20m bail, while Olisa was alleged of getting 400m from $2.1billion arms deal and was told to pay the sum of 300m and 600m. 6 Likes 1 Share |
