Jobabori:
Teach us how to discover a tyre expiring date please.

Well, a four digit number uniquely stamped on the sidewalls of the tyre show the date of manufacture. 4 years and or 5 years from that date is presumed the tyre's expiry date.

Note that the dates are in wweeks and year, hence, a date entered as 0696 means the tyre was produced on the 6th week of the year 1999. Likewise, a date 2000 implies the 20th week of the year 2000. Etc.

Like someone noted, there is no proven data on expiry dates of tyres as I have seen tyres that do not even carry this markings.

Carefully observe and you will see a stamp with a caption like this; *0815* or 0815. Meaning, the manufactured date was on 8th month in the year 2015. The validity of this tire is 5 years.
8th week of the year not month.

It is counted in weeks and not in months eg 2313 means that the tyre was manufactured in the 23rd week of 2013.

The first two digits actually represent the week. So it is 8th week of the year.

Not 8th month please.

It simply means that the tyre was manufactured in the 8th week of the year, 2015. That is sometime around the 3rd week of February, 2015. So, you count 4 or is it 5 years from that date and you are within limits...
