Why Doesn't Fuel Sell At Approved Price In The South East by Nobody: 2:37pm On Feb 01, 2016
In most parts of the South East petrol sells between N110 to N150 per liter in most filling stations whereas in other regions, it's sold at control price. Is it self inflicted by dealers from the region? Does anybody know?
