Then, you look at someone like @Gary Vaynerchuk and ask yourself how the hell he is doing it.

Some people say, it is passion, authenticity, originality, edge, humor, humility.

I say, first and foremost, it is persistence.

I published lots of articles and posts that failed. Nobody saw them. All everybody sees are my and Gary successes.

It took me a while to start getting traction to get to 120M views over the last few months.

Getting a job, making a sale, posting on LI or FB, doing anything successful requires persistence and perseverance.
There will be failures and disappointments, but mostly hard work.

There are no tricks, no short cuts. Each one of us has to take the stairs to the top floor.

Do not ever give up on whatever you are after. You will do great.
