Now, this picture was taken in Germany. When traffic comes to a complete stop, the drivers, by law, have to move towards the edge of each side creating an open lane for emergency vehicles. Now, bring this template to 9ja. it's not as if we don't have rules or law abiding citizens. Our problem be say we have more lawless people than the 'lawful.' People can start parking by the sides for that space for emergencies. But from no where one bus driver will come and block the whole road. Another one will follow and...anarchy ensues. That empty road on the left would soon be invaded and drivers would face the traffic. Why don't we obey simple rules iη 9ja!
