There is good news coming from Taiwan after the collapse of the lower floors of a building which eventually ensured the total collapse of the building after an earthquake which had a magnitude of 6.4 quake by 4am (8pm GMT) on Friday ,5 February. The good news is the rescue of two babies with one a six-month old baby girl after more than 30hours under the ruins of collapsed building. The death toll has risen to 23, while 100 people still remain missing. 16 deaths were as a result of the Weiguan Golden Dragon Building . It has been reported that more than 120 people are still trapped under the ruins of the building. Call it God, nature , fate or destiny and you are not far from the truth.
