And the everyday trend in Lagos continues. Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) were seen this morning violently dragging a bus driver (who refused to be dragged) right in the middle of the road at 7up motorways, Oregun in Ikeja area of Lagos. Although if the bus driver committed an offense or breaks traffic law of Lagos State and on top of that he is resisting arrest, the officers won't have any other options than to force arrest. Meanwhile some Lastma officers are overzealous when performing their duties. Mad people everywhere. 4 Likes |
