They have built clusters of ponds numbering about 300 ponds with each pond being 25m² (5m x 5m)

The cooperative is selling each pond for N400k to the public to own for life.

Part of the investment by the body are:

1. Secured a land space

2. Provided security (CCTV, perimeter fencing and private securities)

3. Produce the feed and fingerlings

4. Provided 2 boreholes per cluster

5. Provided consultancy services and advocated for investors

6. Provide training facilities to the general public

7. They market and also act as marketers to investors.

As an investor you can acquire a pond and the cooperative can manage your investment

Per pond, invest 300k on 1000 fingerlings for 6 months, managed by the cooperative to include stocking & feeding

After 6 months the cooperative sells and remit 550k to the investor. The investor is also at liberty to get buyers for the matured fishes
