The mi note is xioami's flagship for 2015 which has snapdragon 801 processor, better than the mediatek found on phantom 5, and the phone is a lot more expensive than phantom 5, reason nobody even bothered importing it for sale. . But the phantom 5 is a good match for redmi note 3, although the helio x10 on the note 3 is better than the one on phantom 5 on paper, but in real world test u will hardly notice a difference.

However comparing the phantom 5 to mi 5 is absurd. Just the snapdragon 820 on board alone is enough to kill the phantom 5.
