Plz someone help me.

I had my e-passport stolen (along with all my other ID's) and i have been trying all options and now i am stuck. I live in a country (Belize Central America) without an embassy or consulate. All i have is my older passport.

I had gotten with contact with a embassy in Jamiaca, who sends representatives to renew other passport. I submitted my application form, passport pics, and fees. However now im being told that in order for them to do a passport i need a copy of my stolen passport. (I HAVE NO COPY). Now im being told that i need to get a passport through Nigeria. How can i get one there if i live across the globe. I cannot exit the country as now since my passport is stolen and other ID's i cannot do anything I am stuck, i have no access to my banks, i am at the mercy of friends helping me survive.

Please any advise, Please i need my new passport to get back my ID's (Social Security,Driver's license, Bank cards)

Go police station and relevant authorities make them for fit let u get new ID card and driver's license, at least for a start
