It has been drama galore since the President Muhammadu Buhari submitted the 2016 budget to the Nigerian senate.  So far, the budget has passed through 6 phases: 1. First the budget was submitted by President Buhari 2. The Budget went missing 3. The missing budget was Revised by the the Presidency and resubmitted 4.
