Acting chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, on Wednesday said, Nigeria is in dire need of its party. Speaking at an Interdenominational thanksgiving service in Akwa Ibom state over the victory of the Akwa Ibom state governor, Emmanuel Udom at the Supreme Court, Secondus said, "Nigeria is in dire need of PDP, you can see the difference. Eight months ago, the exchange rate was N160, today it is N313.

The Acting Chairman said, "Eight months ago, vessels of goods and services were competing to enter into our harbor, today, none. "The economy is sliding; it is getting to a point of collapse. The political situation of the country is in coma and we challenge the APC-led government that it is time to realize that they need the people more than they need the guns because we are not military," Secondus added.

Though I am a PDP supporter
PDP as a party need to restructure itself

APC is currently under performing

But thats does not mean we should not restructure
To accommodate young, educated and vibrant youth
Who will bring fresh and innovative ideas into the polity


We should do away with old and corrupt politicians.
We should convince Nigeria that we are a better choice

Instead of benefitting from d CLUELESSNESS of d Ruling Party
