For example, will an oil filter be replaced when accumulative mileage peak 2500 kilometers? assuming my choice oil brand and standard is Total SAE 40.

Don't ever use a monograde engine oil like SAE 40 to service your car o .It can only be used for classics cars and generator engine .

Since your cars is already going classics ,maintain the same oil u are already using as your engine will have been fully used to the oil but dont use SAE 40 again for any car

I though you all missed the SAE 40 part

oil change and filter are done at the same time

remember the job of the oil filter is filter dirt

so what the point of changing oil and leaving dirt in the oil filter and also filter might collected enough dirt that it wont be able to good filtering as compared to new filter
