Reminds me of the story about the good Samaritan that Christ told his disciples. The leading priest saw the Jew and passed him,the Levi saw his fellow Jew and passed the other way...but much maligned and 'unbelieving' samarian saw this Jewish man sprawled on the road and had compassion on him..and even paid for his treatment.
