I think the business mogul saw tomorrow and government did not head his warning or this is part of the reasons why CEO of BUA cement is pointing accusing fingers. Subsidy is (technically) removed and dollar rate has skyrocketed. The other day, CBN governor Emefele was praising Dangote and that the government is ready to meet his billion dollars needs to finance his projects.
