Following the position of the blood on the wall, she can't pull the trigger when pointing a gun on her forehead.

This is murder!
The point that stands out most to me is the blood splatter on the wall relative to the hand holding the gun. The gun in her right hand means she couldn't have shot herself. The blood shood be to her left , on the floor and she would have fallen towards the left also. All other points follow suit.

It was staged because of how well placed the gun is still on the victims hands and she is missing her glasses so it seems to be more like a staged murder to me than suicide

The attacker tried to make it look like suicide by planting the cigarette and gun in her hands. If it was suicide, both the cigarette and gun would have dropped out of her hands by the time she hit the floor.

Murder...the crime scene shows signs of struggle between the victim and killer...and the blood pattern on the wall behind the victim shows the killer was standing at close range in front of the victim when the shot was taken..

She was murdered. The culprit carefully put the gun n cigarette in her hand. The blood splash on the wall indicated she was shot at a very close range. She was studying when she was murdered. Lemme explain in clear English

It was a murder. why? because the girl was sitting down writing a note and smoking. someone shot her from the left side and the blood stained the wall on the right side. however, the assassin wasn't smart enough to place the gun in her left hand which would have explained the blood stain on the right side of the wall and make it look like a suicide.

It is murder. The gun is in the right hand, which if we infer that the person was formerly sitting on the stool and reading/writing, implies that the bullet would have entered her right temple and exited on the left side, thus the blood stain on the right could not have come from the gun in her hand.

This is murder. Reasons: the stool and his writhing instruments showed his sitting position before death. the gun is on his right hand while the blood stain is on the same right side of the wall which is an impossible placement. He can't shoot himself and still hold on to the gun.

It's murder! One tiny detail makes it obvious. The blood splash is one the right. For that to be possible, shot should have been from the left. But the gun is on her right, that means a right shot. Too much Agatha Christy that I read is worrying me.

It's murder! From my own observations she was holding the gun with her right hand, thats to say the blood on the wall should not be their if the shot actually came from her right hand while facing the writing table.

It's a murder because if she shoot her self the gun would have been on the left hand and not the right hand, take a look at the where the blood splashed on the wall which means she was shoot from the left side of the head and the gun would have been on the same side of the hand instead it's on the right which seems a little bit impossible to take the shoot from.

It's murder for the following reasons:
1. No one ever killed themselves and the gun used remained well positioned in their hand.
2. It is very common for people to shoot themselves in the temple when committing pistol suicide. In this case, the blood spatter, the position of the body and the holding of the pistol suggest otherwise.
3. The cigarette: it's possible for a smoker to kill themselves, but it is almost impossible to kill themselves and then the cigarette will remain in between the fingers, and continue to remain there even after fallen.

If it were sucide, she would have dropped the gun. The blood spatter on the wall doesn't look like she took the shot with her right hand, she was probably facing the gun

D blood stain concentrate on one part of d wall shows she was shot at close range to that wall,den if she shot herself and fell,the gun won't b firmly clinging in her hands d way it is......it would have fallen off or slightly off her hand before she landed on the ground,and if she shot herself close to the wall where d blood stain is,her lying position won't be like what is in the picture. so I say it's murder.

Murder first off the blood stain it's not consistent with suicide....if u have a gun in ur mouth and pull the trigger u tend to move it upward which means the blood stain should be upward not straight splatter..then the stool u cant fall from a stool and have ur legs flood u, it should be straight and if its suicide he should be on his back

MURDER, from her position the blood splash means the gun would have been in her left hand but apparently it is in the right, there is no way she would have shot herself with her right hand and have the blood splatter on the right.
