JAMB 2016/2017 Change Of Course Begins: Read This Before Changing Your Course

The JAMB change of course 2016/2017 is currently ongoing,as we posted earlier,you are suppose to change your course/institution before the JAMB closing Date.

The aim of this post is to help and guide you in other to avoid mistakes that may not be corrected after changing your course,so if you have not done yours,kindly take 5-10 minutes to go through this post before proceeding.

JAMB 2016 Change Of Course: Read This Before Changing Your Course

Here are the things to not before changing your course:
=»1. O’level And UTME Combination:
Many JAMB candidates do not bear this in mind before purchasing their form,you ought to first confirm that your UTME Subject combination and your O’level result tallies with the required criteria needed to be admitted to study that particular course since many institutions have specific standard requirements for all courses offered.

=»2. Changing From Course Not Related To Your UTME Combination:
You read the heading right? You have to put it at the back of your mind when filling the form, imagine candidates who sat for science-related subjects in JAMB requesting to change their courses to a management-related course. There is no way any institution will admit you into a course that you did not meet the standard requirement to study. Avoid this mistake and choose wisely the course related with the one you sat for on your UTME exam.

=»3. Choosing Wrong Institution:
For candidates didn’t meet with their institution cut off mark and wish to change, you better make sure you are choosing the right institution,before changing your institution make sure you know the cut off mark,and you are that you beat the cut of mark. Also ensure that the institution are offering the course you are applying.

Good development, just met a student picking medicine and surgery with D7 in physics for OAU. I have to lecture her to start preparing for another GCE if possible she will be able to meet up before admission start. I wonder how naïve some students are these days, no exposure to the right things at all.

Jamb is forming digital. They should test run all their systems before inviting students to come for an examination. Most of their systems disappointed students.

pls i got 186 in jamb and i want to study optometry,

1. pls what is the cut of mark for this course optometry in IMSU <IMO STATE UNIVERSITY>?

2. what are my chances with this low mark?

Try taking neco or GCE to compensate.
