Finally, NCC gives Nigerians a number to call. Dial 622 to report any telecommunication company that deducts your money illegally through dial tunes, SMS etc or arbitrarily without your consent. Place the call whenever you need to, it's toll free. Help circulate this information. This stealing just has to stop!


Nigerians should only be nice enough not call this number frevilously without need else the purpose ll be defeated

My problem no be com companies but these extortionist power companies who will demand money for what they did not supply and when you refused to pay they then threatened that they will remove your service-wire, as if you are paying them to allow you hang your wire on a pole!

Nonsense, this is not a new development. This number has always been in existence just that alot of people are not aware.i used it sometime in January 2015 to report all this silly deductions globacom make from my airtime. The call agents kept on reassuring me the would get globacom to stop the deductions. At the end nothing came out od it. I just kukuma port to etisalat.
Our main issue is our regulatory agencies, the allow these guys to fleece us.
