The Minister for Transportation and former Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi on Saturday paid a condolence visit to the family of the late All Progressives Congress Ward 4 Chairman, Hon. Frank Obi, who was killed and beheaded with his wife and son by unknown gunmen in Omoku, Onelga in Rivers state.
