A well experience OND or equivalent certificate graduate from relevant discipline (Mass communication/Business Administration/Secretariat Studies preferably), social media savvy with practical knowledge of Microsoft office applications. She must have good communication skills (be fluent in English Language), good people management skills, and good report writing skills. She must understand digital marketing with skills in growing the organization’s brand and market share through mediums such as social media, e platform/channels etc. Ability to use Corel draw/ Adobe Photoshop software can be an advantage.

She must always

1. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
2. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
3. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
4. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
6. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
