We are currently making plans to develop a number of properties around the Ibeju-Eputu Village axis, Lagos. Thus, we are looking to put together a team of specialists/firms to work on the projects. The residential development schemes will range from 2b-3b rental flats to 4-5bed family houses and are staged to be completed within 1-2 years God willing.

With these in mind, I am looking to short-list design specialists, contractors/builder's and other relevant consultants prelude to a competitive tender for each aspect of the projects.
