Ingredients Ripe plantain 2 eggs Handful of vegetable 1 chilli pepper 1 small onions 2 tablespoon of oil Sausage Salt to taste Method Cut plantain to shape of choice and Boil Slice pepper, chicken sausage, onions and vegetables (I used Ugwu) Break eggs into a bowl and add sliced mixtures and salt to taste Fry with little oil Enjoy…
