This engine has been converted from fuel injection to carburetor. Not a big deal with a commercial vehicle, where refinement and and an ECU-controlled engine are secondary considerations.

However, it's a big deal when the "conversion" leaves no room for an air cleaner assembly. The engine won't last long, as it'll be sucking in tons of grit and dust. You may wish to address this.

I don't think he understands what you're saying. He just wants to make a quick buck.
