You are one of the reason people are reluctant in disseminating information at their disposal?
A more polite enquiry could have been, why do you think so? Or, how authentic is this information?
Anyway, next week Tuesday is just around the corner.

I have a feeling DSSC will come out before NPF cos they finished before them.

Do you mean the SSC have started training?

My brother the two recruitment are independent of each other, the programs have separate calendar, budget and agenda.
Don't be surprised if NPF round up the whole exercise before DSSC.

The medical team of the Nigeria Police Force, NPF, on Wednesday converged on Lagos state to begin arrangements for the mental evaluation exercise to be carried out on all armed policemen. The exercise is meant to assist in promoting principles of people-oriented policing as directed earlier this year by the then Inspector-General. It would be recalled that the Inspector- General of Police, IGP, Solomon Arase had in January, disclosed that the NPF was considering conducting psychiatric test on recruits and serving officers, stressing that the Force would also consider the idea of a Trauma Centre for its officers because of the nature of their job. The IGP had explained that the initiative became necessary following incidents of indiscriminate use of firearms by personnel of the force. The Zone 2 Police Command in Onikan, Lagos state, on Wednesday said the test would be done to maintain standards in the handling of firearms, and police activities in Lagos and Ogun states, the two states that Zone 2 covers. In a statement made available to newsmen, the Assistant Inspector-General for Zone 2, CP Abdulmajid Ali, said, “The medical team which arrived Lagos state from Abuja comprised of experts and trained psychiatrists from the police medical department and the Melville Healthcare Centre in Abuja. “The team was led by the AIG Medical, Stella Akintade. “Units such as the Police Mobile Force and the Special Anti-Robbery Squads, SARS, are to attend a workshop which will mark the beginning of the medical exercise,” the statement added.

All successfully selected candidates can't go to the next phase ( whatever it is) together at once. Logically, maybe constables last as evidenced by the two previous stages. The most important part has been done. The running has been moved to the training schools. The verbal interview if there will be any will be only for the general duty officers but think about this will the service commission be willing to run full medicals for everybody that has passed the last stage? Or will it be only for candidates that they have selected? They can't drop 20000 names and run medicals for evrybody. The medicals will be done in camp. People with medical issues will head home others continue their training . This is my honest and innocent understanding of this delayed recruitment. Be calm.

yh...been thinking about it too.even the military runs medical for around 500 people so expecting police to do it for 20k and above may be difficult....it's difficult to decipher their thought process but let's see what happens....it's just annoying because this recruitment process started in April or there about....it has taken too long
