Good morning to all gurus in the house,I just got a mint a UK used hp elitebook 8460p, HDD :320gb, RAM :4gb 2 days ago. I tried installing Microsoft.net framework 4.0 and 4.5.1 set-ups on the system,all to no avail.An error will pop up, saying .NET framework 4 and 4.5.1 have not been installed because :HRESULT 0×c8000222 and then another message will say a problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. PLS WHAT SHOULD I DO AS I URGENTLY NEED TO DOWNLOAD THIS 2 .NET FRAMEWORKS?

Has nothing to do with your system specifications.
There are some updates missing via windows update. You will need to sort this out first.

Yes, cos it is embedded on the motherboard, and it's not a workstation or desktop.

If you're having virus, worms or any other malware problems. Try scanning your PC with RoboSAM first.

It doesn't connect at all, all ports right?

Was it working before? Which Windows are you using?

Try connecting to an external keyboard that have light, and keep pressing caplocks or num lock.. If the light is showing then it is fine if not then there is a problem.

If you don't have external keyboard, look for a USB flash that have light indicator.. Connect and see if it will show light.

It's not possible for all the whole port not to work and if they are not working then it's from the motherboard..

Look around, do you see any light on the laptop that is still on even agate shutting down.

Ok, you say it drains your ba3, does it drain completely?
Is the ba3 in good condition too?

Cos I don't think it's a software issue. Better still take it to a laptop engineer closer to you for troubleshooting.
