WHERE AM I?
Can anyone remind me where I stopped?
I can't remember

But you are all listening to me since
Before the interruption

I need someone to remind me
Stop looking at me like bunch of morons

Where am I?
Can't you say something? Oh my God!

You mean you're not listening
You mean you're not following

If I start
You will say I've started again

Can't anyone remind me?
But come, what has come over you all?

I said where am I?
Infact stand up everybody

Not until I remember where I am
Before you all sit down

TICK TOCK
Tick! Tick!! Tick!!!
In the silent
We could hear
The clock ticking

Tick! Tick!! Tick!!!
Soft tick of the clock
A boom sound
That reminds all

Tick! Tick!! Tick!!!
The heart tick
Without a minute
Or an hour

Tick! Tick!! Tick!!!
Instruction to follow
Tick yes or no
No option than to tick

Tick! Tick!! Tick!!!
There is time for everything
Gather what you can today
Time wait for no man

You will be a good Poet, only if you can keep writing and read other's poem. Correction no 1. put full stop at the end of each stanza of the poem - I mean the second poem. Also, there's difference between silence and silent and the the difference is (the former is a noun and the latter is a verb)

Tick! Tick!! Tick!!!
In the silence***
We could hear (it's advisable you use "can" instead of "could". You know why? You are writing in present tense and you need to follow sentence sequence.

To your first poem, it's nice and okay but your punctuations are faulty.

Infact stand up everybody(!). Nevertheless, thumbs up, you aren't bad. Keep it up!

IN THE GHETTO
With her pauper voice
She roars in the ghetto
Storming the universe
With her vigorous voice

Simplicity of her life
Singled her out
Now at the edge
Waiting for a push

Predicament of her background
Yet set the pace
Waiting for a day
Her voice will bruit across
The continent

A hope not lost
There is more to achieve
What ever your stepping stone
Head up your determination
Be on the go

Looking down at yourself
Will snail your destination
What ever it is
What ever will be

Thank God for her
Sitting at the top
Now I see
The posibility in you

I WILL WAIT
I will wait for you
Tears on its kneel
Please don't forget me
No matter the years

Suck my love
It's enough for you
Flash back at all time
Our wonderful adventures

Seconds and minutes count
Here I am waiting for you
My hope and trust on you alone
Please don't leave me

You're the source of my joy
Even when fear shadows my heart
When it seems is over
The giant in me still head up

Don't cut the tree of love
The fruits are riped already
The branches waves at me
The seed I suck all day

No matter what
I have to wait
You're the one I love
Stay and don't go

I will wait I said
Deep inside of me
Fear to loose you
Slaps my heart

I've seen what it takes
To be honest and transparent
What ever it takes
I will wait

THE SICK

Heavy tears blurred my eyes
Unstoppable tears flows like River
Eyelid loose weight
Iris developed high temperature
Unable to control the tears
That drops from the tear duct

Internal Organs went on vacation
Body system went on strike
Time of resumption yet to be announce
Appetite on the journey to dryland
Temprature unfriendly

Empty stomach all day
All pleaded to eat, even if its little
Food and drugs all vomited
Tears in the eyes of all

All desire a quick recovery
Cheer up dear
Eat and use drugs
As prescribed

Whoop!
Body respond to treatment
Happy to see you again
All glory and adoration
To God Almighty

SHADOW
Why following me?
He said me?
If you don't stop following me
I'll call the Cops on you

I went down my street
To call the Cops
They keep laughing at me
Saying day and night he follows

I say to myself gush!
What do you want from me?
He also says to me
What do you want from me?

Picking a stone
He also picked a stone
Raising my hands up
He also raised he's hands up

I went in my room
To lay my head on my bed
He also did
I stayed cool

At midnight
I woke up
He also woke up
I say to him

Hay! Go back to bed and sleep
He also says to me
Hay! Go back to bed and sleep
I say to myself gush!

In annoyance, I brought out my gun
He also brought out he's gun
I say hay! What do you want from me?
He also says to me hay! What do I want from him?

I shot him, he also shot me
Nobody was hurt
But unknown to me
It was my SHADOW

PRETENDER 1
Oh Pretender!
Why covering your lily face?
Why pretending to be tender?
Tender-hearted with monster behaviour
Sympathetic we thought, cruel hearted pretender

Oh Pretender!
Gentle looking, ravelling monster inside
Silent to kill, magneting mankind
vamp her character, seeking arms 360 degree
Counselling murdered to be forgetten

Oh Pretender!
Religious they say but self-ligious you are
Smart and brave you thought but foolish you are!
Silent walker we thought but lion in the forest
Pretend to listen but mind travelled to and fro

Oh Pretender!
When will you stop pretending?
Enough of your pretence
Now we know who you are
Nothing but a pretender

CLING FOREVER

Massage my heart and release my pain
Suck my heart and milk your love
Cheers with me and let's sip of love
Kiss my heart and lean on me

Be close to me like the nose is closer to the eyes
Touch my skin and feel the soft love I have for you
Feel my heart and see the heart beat of love
Stroll with me and let's share our love

Seat beside me and let's dine together
Boom your love and let it loud
Rose your love and lily my heart
Dance with me and hold me tight

Ping your love and let it ring
Pass a night and feel my love
Ship my heart and ocean your love
Stay with me and let's cling forever

NIGHT PEN
Today we see
Tomorrow we no not
Work hard, there's light
At the end of the tunnel

Success we tarried for
Day and night
Candle the night friend
Noise buried to the grave

As silence like a grave-yard
Zephyr, comforter of the hour
Pen opened like a rushing tap
In the night hour

Aluta continual
Always in the field of enthusiasm
Ability to prove before them all
Applied knowledge, they say it's power

Alas! Alas!! Alas!!!
Victory ascerta
Success are crowned
Hails from North and South

Joyfully and happily we are
Thanks to that night pen
Bringing words of inspiration at all time
My ink says REJOICE!

Aluta continual
Victory ascerta
Never give up so easily
Crown await the courageous

DOGS IN THE CHURCH

Knowledge is power but to me I say applied knowledge is power. Even when we're been pushed or forced their is need to apply COMMON SENSE. But I see the multitude in the church, they've been brain washed with fabulous testimonies. What intch me to scratch my pen was the DOGS IN THE CHURCH. Churches has now turned to zoo where you'll find different creatures of human voices, but in it you see human being inside. The rate at which people pray now a days in the church, house, place of work is very alarming and terrible. Let me share a nice experience with you, when I was a Christian then we went for a church programme and the preacher said 'church we need to shout and pray that heaven should rain peace upon ourlives'. Immidiately I heard congregation barking with different horrible voices. Some begins to roar like lion, infact when I saw the way people are praying like dog and lion, I have no option than to silently bark as well but I did mine as big boy. I also saw some when praying they pause and play, I got to know that there're different style of prayer. In addition to that, the pastors/preacher are the one encouraging the members to bark by saying shout, cry out loud for him (God) to hear you.
If we really use our common sense we will see that its not proper for a child to shout at his parent when talking/requesting of something from them.
The purpose of writing this is to point out the mistake we often made when we say we're talking/praying to God our maker. This has been a vital issue that I'm pregnant of for years but thanks to God because I poured it out this day. It has been itching me for long and now my pen has scratched the issue out.
Don't be offended by my style ok, I feel it won't be idea for us to keep the truth away from ourselves and say we're friends but honestly that's just the truth. Believe it and accept it.

MONEY AND BLOOD
Love of money
Is the root of all evil
Man are despirate
To have it, at all means

Money is a spirit
That entice all
But only to those
Who can control it

Money is good
Money is wicked
Money has no ending
Yet no one can say it's enough

Money turns the heart of men
To be despirate about it
Killing is now their hubby
Blood is now their daily bath

Money has lead some astray
Money has drugged some
Sense no longer respond
To brain at all

Curious they are
I must they say
What means, I must
I must be rich

Clothes are soaked with blood
Shoes are glued with blood
Hands are full of blood
Mind sealed to money

Oh wicked and heartless doer
Thy eyes are closed from flesh
Kill is all they say
Nothing to them at all

One day, some how
All will be put to justice
None will be there to rescue
Wicked people

Money rituals, blood seekers
Thieves and rubbers
Your day is near
Just watch and see

LITTLE CHILDREN
Little they are
Mind soft
Easy to
Forgive and Forget

Little they are
Allow them to play
Playing with sand?
Leave them to play

Little they are
Malice and hatred they no not
After beating them
Yet still come for biscuit

Little they are
All love to play and carry them
Singing and clapping when crying
Toys around to pacify them

Oh little children!
Please come to me
I tarry to have one
Oh little children

Little they are
Happy when they called dad and mum
Crying for food, mum pet
Eating, mother is satisfied

Oh little children!
Many desire to have one
As you read along
Expect yours from God

LATE ICON AND THE PAUPER
All gather to gether
To mourn the death
Of the late Icon

Families and friends
All in full attendance
To sympathize with their beloved

None could control
Their very self
Tears in slow motion

Tears like pacific
None to pacify another
What a great lose!

The Icon has passed on
Has the Icon left us alone?
Oh what a pity!

Flash mobbers with flashy cars
All in same attires
Come see the tears of the rich

The pauper has come to mourn
With tears have
They nudged the death

Far and near
Home and abroad
Gathered as one

What a great remark
Of an Icon
That has set the pace

Unbelievable! Others exclaimed
Tears of eulogy
Mouth could not say

Riches and popularity
All bowed in the grave
What a great lose!

Wonderful adventures of memory
All shared one by one
Of the late Icon

The pauper has come
To see if it's true
An Icon can ever vanish

Thought of the pauper
What else?
Where else?

Yet in thought
Breakthrough and achievement
Hails pauper

Riches and popularity
Of the late Icon
Transfered to the pauper

Pauper sailed deep
In riches and popularity
All mistaken pauper to be

Secret reviewed at last
Why pauper became
Zero to Hero

The Icon has will
All he could
Only for the pauper

While in thought
A boom sound
Of pauper's name

All curious to know
Transformation has been installed
Riches loaded hundred percent

What a God we serve!
When it's time it's time
None can reverse

Funny words spoken
All laugh and laugh
Tears droping willingly
Stomach filled with laughter

You're endowed with gift
Forget! You don't need a coach
Just full of inspiration
Yet all wondered
Where it came from

Mr. Jester! You're called
Minds are touched
Lives are transformed
Hope given to the hopeless
Courage given to the coward

It ablaze the young and old
Where you got your source
All laugh and cry
Yet the truth reviewed
Phobia pushed to extreme corner

Irrespective of your talent
Appreciate it in your little corner
Never belittle yourself
The posibility is in you
Mr. Jester!

Just continue
Even when all pretend
Not to see you
Effort are crown with success
Because God is with you

IN THE DEEP
The sunshine has faded away
The moonlight has faded away
Just in between the deep

The deep has only deepen its temper
A deep roar of Erujeje
Just for us to learn

The deep has swallowed us
We sank deep in the deep
We saw hell in the deep

The deep has decorated us
With vigour spots around
The deep has beaten phobia
Out of our mind

In the deep have we sailed
Day and night count in the deep
Trials and challenges
Have we overcome

Deep! Deep!! Deep!!!
We form unbeatable team
Something to learn in the deep
Alamdullilah! We sailed true

WHAT TYPE OF FRIEND ARE YOU?
There's a deep hole in heart when ever I think of that closed friend of mine. But before I go into details get this straigth. No one is forced or pushed to choose a friend rather you choose or decides for yourself. There's always a reason why you decides to choose him/her as your friend or perhaps there're some quality or characteristics you see in him/her that propelled you to fixed your mind that he/she is the right person. Friends are of different categories due to how we relate with them. Some rather use the term 'my best friend' to show how intimate they are. It means there are some things you trusted him/her for. If I'm to grade or rate, best friend should be 99% close to us and know almost all about you.
I'm here today to touch someone and feel the pain of someone. This is my phylosophy towards friends: I HAVE FRIENDS BUT I DON'T HAVE A FRIEND. Although we all have different views towards friendship. People say show me your friend and I'll tell you who you are. Of cause it is, a times your friend is your mirror that people out there look to know the kind of person you really are. Everything in life has advantage and disadvantage, likewise friendship. No one will hold your hand and say, look from today ABC is now your friend, never it won't work, it's not by force its matter of choice.
The youth of our generation has been blind folded with fable words that has triggered their mind with lies and deceitfulness. Transparency now a smelling thing to them rather plot your downfall.
* A true friend is supposed to stand by you either in good or bad time.
* A true friend is ment to lift you up either financially, socially, mentally and materially.
* A true friend keeps secret.
* A true friend stands as a pillar to encourage you when you're discourage.
* A true friend understands each other even when there's misunderstanding
* A true friend brainstorms positively together.
* A true friend covers your shame.
* A true friend add value to your life, etc.
The bad side of friend is tragedy.
- They shatter your dream to pieces in order for you to join them.
- They abolish your goals and ambitions to be somebody, so you won't surpass them.
- Fake promises and wishes on their tongues.
- They decive and prove to be transparent, etc.
Through friends lives has been changed for better and likewise lives has been smudged and crumpled under the influence of trust.
Now in details, I met him as a bad guy but I have a determination to put an end to his bad character. God helping me and my brother we are able to subdue the bad attitude of his. To an extent his mother came thanking us for the fabulous work we did to change his son from bad to good. He's the one to wake the family for devotion and would warn the family from bad attitude. For about three years he ramained a good boy. Not long he started travelling out to other countries and was influenced by bad eggs. When he came back, he has totally changed. Only for me to see my friend I was taken aback of what I saw. It was late I need to pass a short cut when I saw him and someone smoking and my tears silently passed by. I and my brother called him and beat words into his mind several times but yet he didn't stop smoking. I discovered something that if you're trying to help someone and you're lifting him/her up, did you know that two things must surely take place? Is either you pull him/her up or he/she pulls you down, likewise in a race. Time spent talking to him is uncounted but something happened one day that made me cry.
On that fatefull day, he had smoke to an extent he became insane and unclad himself and ran to the bus stop where youths and children gathered to beat him and was helpless. Tears rolled down my cheeks like that of river Niger.
He became insane for six months and made the pauper mother of his run hither and thither. She sells vegetagble
round the street, what ever comes in is what the family feeds on. Now the mother took him to village if they can find cure. Glory to God he was cured of his sanity.
He was brought back to Lagos but the shame of what he did could not let him walk through some places. Now a gentle boy walking like snail. The tragedy of this story is that he went back to smoking again. Now I can no longer offer my hand for him to hold because he has been blind folded now. Its a lesson to all, where ever you are try not to join the bad eggs. There's a general saying 'if you can't beat them, you join them' please don't, remember who you are and your future await you to share your stories of hardship. Remember the home you came out from, be the light and add value to people's lives.
Thanks for reading, have a blessed day. To my friends out there who taught after been a Muslim things will be difficult, not at all. Always remember the me you see is who I am.

I HAVE FOUND IT
I have found it!
Found what?
I have found it!
They all asked what is it?

I have found it!
They said tell us na
I have found it!
All desire to know

I have found it!
They're all curious to know
I have found it!
They shouted oya tell us

I have found it!
Not until I told them
I have found my lover, queen, companion,
Friend, angel and my wife

Then they say
We knew it!
Your head like L*O*V*E
My dream is fulfilled

I have found something
Precious than gold, silver or diamond
Right now I'm swimming

HOW LONG?
How long will you harden your heart
How long will you linger
How long will you procrastinate
No one will say I've not heard
Its certain, you'll face the reality

What shall we say?
These their daily thought
Of a truth that's the way
But pleasure vamp their soul

Riches and wealth
Chained them from the truth
Sleeping in destruction
Building vanity upon vanity

Essential thing left behind
None essential they've embraced
Taking the last to be the first
The first to be the last

Thy soul perisheth little by little
What have you laboured for?
Only to attain the highest degree
Thy soul slumber, little did you know

Death at your door step
Nothing can stop it
Wealth and riches could not say stop
With all your popularity, you're loyal to death

With all you've aquired
What can it attain?
Waiste of life and waiste of soul
All is vanity upon vanity

Gnashing and weeping
Regret and pain
None to pacify
The hotness unbearable

None can exaggerate
None can predict
None can express
The experience of hell

Sorry! for where
I will change, is too late
Where are thy companion?
Whom you have partied together?

Party pooper you are
Always in their mindst
Alcohol they request
Mineral you demand

Birds of same feather
Flocks together
Dine together
Think alike

For how long will you tarry
Tarry no longer
Longer you think, shorter it is
Your day is near

Opportunity to change
While on earth
Once you stop breathing
Be prepared!
