The problem with Nigerian civil service sector is that their is a WIDE disparity between the salaries of government workers and their counterparts in the private sector. Prior to the privatisation of PHCN, you can't imagine how much an engineer earn in PHCN compared to how much the same engineer earn in say Zenith bank.
