@Emma ajayi, Iyana ibye Agogo Igbala my advice to client is no go area for now due to conflict at hand in those Area, i wouldnt want you to get a land that in the next two to five years,stuffs like omo onile will be disturbing you, you know by then the Blame will fall on me, but @oko afo there some side you get a plot for #250,000naira that will be inside ancre will fall around 1.5m, Aradagun,ikoga dont have there fixed cost, but presently now there are acres of land available just afer the boundary of the lowcost housing estate At ibereko for #500,000 per plot, An acre will be #3million, and there acres At topo Ascon for 380,000per plot, and there are also Acres available at the beach area for 400,000 per plot, humm when you ready just fixed a date then you come for the viewing i will take you round to view these area and make your choice.

My friend, please don't misunderstand, I don't doubt your good intentions but
as you are aware, except the land belongs to you, you don't full control
even among family owners, there is bound to be dispute.
I have a similar case somewhere in badagry where most family have agreed to
sale to my client who incidently also from badagry but one or two members are
in rebellion. The matter has now been taken to the baable court for his intervention.
As you are aware, baba fash made it now that he wants to turn babdagry into another lekki
- ajah.
For this he requires land which fortunately for him are mostly under acquisition since the
time of jakande.
Although there has been a few excision during the miltary era but most still fall acquistion.
There is however the option of regularisation as its been contemplated for agric land now turned
to residential in ikorodu by indiscrimate sale of the omonile assuming the land does not fall under a scheme
such as housing,lands,industrial or tourism.
I believe this forum is meant to educate all us and as such we should learn from one another.

How rigorous is the process of accuring a land from the government expecially the Badagry scheme. How long does it take before one can take possession and since the money involved according to their gazzette is less than 300k will i still have to pay more than that (legal or illegal fees)? Then how good and accesible are the lands under this scheme? which is the best amongst Ijanikin Rose Garden, Mosafejo/Aradagun or Oko Afo?

I will really like to know or do you think it will be better to just go and buy from the Baale and which areas are the best.
