Get a mobile with a high megapixel and a couple of good photo editing apps.
And you are good to go!!!

Dear thanks, but I think there's an app dat is strictly for professional use dat I need to download with my laptop, not those regular mobile apps, either ways I still need guidelines

There are loads of programs you can download on your laptop.
Adobe photo editor, cyberlink photodirector, Zoner photo studio etc etc etc
You can teach yourself editing and manipulation techniques. Read books and watch tutorial videos.
