just observed this and looking for what traffic law(s) says about it ? assuming the green on the traffic light beside a several crossing symbol just pop up (ON) are the passers by suppose to wait or the driver considering the fact that Nigerian don't even observe it not even our police drivers |

erico2k2: I wonder why drivers don't observe several crossing at all times you'll see many people waiting at the several crossing and cars are speeding off |
