So Edo state is generating more revenue than my home state of Anambra? Based on what? Something is definitely wrong somewhere

Ariani:
Edo punching above her weight

Imo under APC a disgrace to Ndiigbo, she is now competing with Northern states on the bottom of the ladder
Expect Ebonyi to make the top ten, once she releases her figures

Kano heavily dependent on one Nigeria, look at how little they generate internally despite huge population, yet they receive lots of allocation from the FG.

Ogun benefiting immensely from proximity to Lagos.

Rivers underperforming too.
Kano lost between 2 to 3 Million people to Kwara,Abuja,Lagos,Anambra etc due to insecurity & harsh economic conditions associated with it. In the real World, Kano population would have reflected decrease not increase so also their revenue!.

Why are you shamed? Does Ekiti people like paying tax? The present tax on private schools introduced by
Fayose is presently being opposed. The end result is where you see Ekiti on the statistic table
Don't mind that silly noting for heade to show guy grin Fayose must be commended for raising it to that level. B4 u can determine the IGR of a state, on what bases does the state generate her income Ekiti is a civil servant state full of schools and hotels. The salary being paid to the workers is also what the gov't got from her workers through tax.

Just looking at that fayose state...hopeless noisemaker holding our people down with backward politics... angry...fayose must go... angry
If you're giving the opportunity to hold the office of the governor at least 2 months will you be able to raise the revenue more than that

Who wants to bet with me?

Ogun state will top delta state by this year's ending and rivers state in the next five years and coming very close to lagos in the next 15 years.

What is wrong with oyo state.

It's like the state is on hibernation mode.Imagine hovering between 15bn for the past 6 years.

The governor needs to take a tutorial from it's ogun state counterpart.

As for ekiti,so borno is more vibrant than fayose's haven. SMH.

For ondo state, how does a state's igr decreases?

Regional Analysis breakdown.

Since Ebonyi has no 2015 figures, Her 2014 figures of IGR (11,032,472,512) are used in this calculation..

South West Total = 339,953,417,927
Lagos Alone = 268,224,782,435

South South Total = 179,096,237,974

South East Total = 62,726,688,189
_______________________________________

North West Total = 48,579,503,540

North Central Total = 38,781,494,308

North East Total = 26,117,872,322
The northern region is an economic swamp. No matter how much you invest they will still be behind.

Every one should keep an eye on abia and anambra for 2016 igr. Abia is yet to attain it's potential, too much tax evasion/leakages and govt incompetency. hopefully ikpeazu target of #2 billion for 2017 will be achieved.
