I have never been the type who liked smoking but many of my close friends do, but recently in a social gathering a friend of mine brought out this slim looking cigarette with a nice aroma and so I decided to try one stick, that was how it started o. Since then i and the cigarette have been inseparable. I even have a packet of it with me now. Please advice me I don't want to turn into a chronic smoker!!

Break this habit now that is still young, if not you will regret ever indulging because you will struggle with quitting for the most part of your life. There is nothing cool about smoking,the odour that comes with it is enough reason to quit. Chronic smokers are struggling to quit, why start?
