About N21m in today's Nigeria of inflated cement and other materials. (Cost for only from the foundation till the roof is completed, Enugu area)

We have spent about N18m so far.

N21 Mil is great how much do you estimate this will cost in lagos foundation to roof ?

Thanks for the reply it's definitely dry land so no extra filling required.

We plan to go out and buy the best of wires and cables to be used in finishing this house, my electrician is already doing his own.
