Lets assumed there is a problem and one was told to pray and fast about it which one listened to and did,how long can one actually wait for the replies from God before panicking and thinking maybe the prayer and fasting weren't accepted by God? |

Luke 18 shows us that if we have faith that instantly the change has begun to occur but it may take time for the change to be complete because when asking God for things or solution... There are two things involved and these are the two things.... GOD HAS TO PREPARE YOUR SOLUTIONS FOR YOU..... AND.... GOD HAS TO PREPARE YOU FOR YOUR SOLUTIONS. if both processes are not Completely ready the answer does not manifest, even tho it has been given. People don't know that God doesn't hear your mouth when you pray but your HEART.... that's where HE KNOWS the real reason behind your prayer. Because many times when we get the answers we offend God more... In Genesis God gave Adam a wife for free but by the time he got to the book of Proverbs he said Everyman should go find their wife.... Larryfest:We don't decide when our prayer is to be answer, God does. Sometimes His answer may be "wait" or "No" every answer is for our own good. |

well it greatly depends on God to determine when our prayers will be answered. however, the following factors must be considered: 1. is your prayer according to the will of God? 2. do you pray with the right heart attitude, as in sincere prayer? 3. do you exercise faith and works towards your said prayer to God. conclusively, Prayers are answered in God's own appointed time and no matter how much we fast n pray, we cannot quicken our request from God. so we should try at all means to avoid anxiety and worry after praying - philippians 4:6, 7 |
