The laws of Islam didn't just descend on a day, it was gradually, step by step for twenty three years. The period before the advent of Islam is called 'JAHILIYAH' Meaning ignorance, it will be harsh and too difficult burden to restrict them from their act, first it will be lenient and later forbidden, . Lets look at the Quran 9:80 'Whether you (muhammad and the muslim) ask forgiveness for them (hypocrites) or ask not forgiiveness for them, even if you ask seventy times for their forgiveness. Allah will not forgive them because they have disbelieved in Allah and His messenger (Muhammad). And Allah guides not those people who are rebellious.

Above Allah didn't forbade the prayer but discourage it, in the below verse you will observe Allah finally forbade the prayer, so you see Islam's law emerge step by step.

Quran 9:84 'And never (O Muhammad and the muslim) pray for any of them (hypocrites) who dies nor stand at his grave. Certainly they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad) , and died while they were rebellious (to Allah and His messenger).



[[TEMPORARY MARRIAGE]|

Hadith Bukhari, number 1804: Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah and salama bin Al Akwa (May Allah be pleased with him) who said, 'while we were in an army, Allah's Apostle (P.B.U.H) came to us and said 'You have been allowed to marry temporarily, do so'

Note: it was allowed and not decree, allow qualify a temporary permission which in future may not be entertain.



Hadith Bukhari, number 1616:
from Ali bin Abu Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) who said that on the day of Khaibar, Allah's Apostle (P.B.U.H) forbade the temporary marriage and the eating of donkey-meat'

sounds more like a man's decree to me, its all mo's idea man, temporary marriage, sounds like having a contracted sex partner to me(prostitution given a fine wrapper)
