An Ibadan based Irish O & G medic Dr. McSweeney wrote a classic work on this. I recommend the book because it draws from years of experience from working in many countries & it also takes good care of local Nigerian peculiarities. If u are good in reading things up, go for the book. I will find out if Dr McSweeney is still around & I'll help with her contact detail in case u may need to talk to her. The book now come with CDs as well. You can just watch the one that is required for your situation. ITs the only method i use, if used well, its darned effective. 1 Like |
