Samantha Martial 19, shared a selfie video of herself looking good on social media on Friday night, weeks after reports emerged from the British media that she has split from Manchester United's forward and husband Anthony Martial, 20.


News emerged that the couple had split before Manchester United slumped to a 3-0 loss away at Spurs this month, a game Martial struggled and had only one weak shot on goal all evening. Samantha and Anthony were childhood sweethearts before marriage and currently have a daughter together .

The report was intensified after Samantha stopped following the former Monaco star on Social media, an action which was reciprocated by the United player.

Samantha also uploaded pictures of herself with their eight-month daughter Peyton by a beach with an inscription of "I just want to be with you for life Peyton. I just want to be a mum".

She had also removed all picture of the forward from her instagram account, retaining only those of her and Peython.

Martial is a devout catholic and has been reported to be feeling homesick in London. The forward had revealed in an interview last week that there is nothing he loves more than coming home each day from training to be with his wife and daughter .


Martial scored the an injury time goal (2-1) that knocked out Roberto Martinez's Everton in the semi-final match, thereby helping Louis Van Gaal's Manchester United to advance to the FA Cup Wembley final in May.
