All of us has that unique thing he likes about his/her workplace, this unique thing could be something material (like free food, free transport, etc) and sometimes abstract, such that it could be more valuable to the person than his Salary.

As for me, the unique thing I like about my workplace is the fact that I work with a lot of smart, young and intelligent people. This to me is one of the greatest perks any employee can have as it affords you the opportunity to learn a lot from others.

I would like us to share that one thing we all enjoy about our workplaces be it material or abstract.

Despite the fact that our management are embezzling day and night and refuse to promote or increase our salary but still I love to motivate my subordinate and in return they don't hesitate to go to any length in their responsibilities

The 'steady' power....much better than where I live.....so sad to be a Nigerian

The earnings, well that just puts food on the table.

The argument that we always argue about which is the best team in world whenever we had caffee break. Turkey guys claim Besiktal,Galasataray and Fenerbahce,is better than Arsenal, Chelsea and Man United.That is why they bought Rvp from United, Podolsky from Arsenal and so on.
As if you have not heard enough, Greece boys will join and start claiming Greece clubs are the best in the world.

Just the pay. The industry is messed up.

My job has one of the most free and relaxed working environment that I know of.

Social rapport

TGIF party at the end of every month in Clubs (we literarily "rent" an entire club for this event here) plus periodic visits to cool places in Nigeria.

Dressing

My landlord once asked, "Oga abeg help me with my AC" I told him I'm not a technician. He said but I dress like one. My point is in my line of work you are free to dress the way you like casual smart. I'm always in sneakers,Jeans/Chinos and T shirt or shirt that i always roll the sleeves up. I only dress corporate when meeting a Client.

Internet

This is my first love with my place of work. Gosh! the speed is killing. You can stream an entire movie without a break 90% of time. We are free to access any web page. Except for the usual culprits like pornography site and betting sites, you can access any social media platform, gaming sites, Torrent sites etc. I filled up my 2 TB hard drive with movies (HD), music, documentaries etc in less than 3 months...

Salary
