Come and show me how to put this picture on whatsapp Most mothers in Nigeria are so interested in being on all the social media platforms yet they cannot put up pictures of themselves on theses platforms. They would still have to ask their children to help them upload. 3. When they frown at their phones It is really funny seeing most mothers in Nigeria press their phones. They hold the phone at a distance and then frown at it for only God knows why. They act like they are fighting with the phone when they want to do something on it. 4. Funny ways of saving contacts You really do not want to see the contacts on most Nigerian mother’s phones. You would see names like Moji Alagbado, Kunle Tyre, Nurse Moyin, Sule Generator and so on. Nigerian mothers save names the best way they could remember by using the circumstances and the profession of those people to save them. If your mother is not ‘Behind’ you may find ‘Sikira eleedu’ and ‘Amina alata’ on her phone. 5. They are the promoters of broadcast messages Nigerian mothers seem to be the major promoters of broadcast messages. Not like this is a problem, but it becomes really irritable when people send you messages that mandates you to type amen or share with other people if you do not want to face the wrath of God.

They are fascinated by early morning and night messages Like we do not have other things to do with our hard earned megabytes and gigabytes, Nigerian mothers can send you pictures of flowers just to say good morning. And if you lie about not receiving the pictures, they would flood your phone with them. 7. When you call them endlessly Have you tried calling your Nigerian mother for something urgent before, she may not pick the call at that moment and scare the hell out of you. You can be sure the phone was placed in their bags. We believe the phone is called a mobile phone for a reason. 8. When her account balance reduces Nigerian mothers do not trust most of their children near their phones. They believe they would use up their airtime the moment they touch the phones. You would have a good laugh seeing them react when the network providers deduct their airtime for one reason or the other.
