Into is an oil producing state with special allocation, but owing. Ibadan with all its rusted roofs boasting of the largest city also failed. Osun, the annexed state to Tinubu the same.

LIES. Imo state has not paid secondary school teachers since this year and he has been owing primary school pensioners for more than 38 months. Im so sure of this two categories
