Sterling Bank interview Job vs Leadway Assurance job Dilemma,
I thought I told u about my sterling Bank interview, I have passed through all their interview now, The only thing I am contemplating in my mind is Whether it is worth leaving Leadway Assurance for, The pay is around 150k or more according to my interview findings but it marketing though it is full staff, Do you know any of their staff as friend, Sales Specialist is the position, Retail, Target dey, 6months probation period. 150k basic and if I meet target I can get more monthly, They asked what minimum monthly amount I want I said 250k they said they can't afford that so I said 150k so they said that is okay and I can earn if I performed well, Though the 150k will be paid through probation period, The issue is that Leadway Assurance money varies base on your business and u can't be sacked or queried, I can decide not to work anytime and I will still okay, They will pay mOre when I am confirmed, I can work without stress and still get more than this in a month in Leadway Assurance. LEadway makes you feel like an entrepreneur. Leadway Assurance is based on commission but Sterling Bank Job has a base pay for me .. They are both marketing Jobs, what should I do ? Advise me house , bank Job and sacking and big target na war

If u don't wanna 'kill urself n avoid suicide' or 'die and runaway' then I advice u cross out leadway. Leadway's job believe me is not what you wanna do.

Thanks but I am working in Leadway for over two years now and I am already doing better in Leadway, earning more in a month than this sterling offer

1) Still same financial industry
2) Still same marketing
3) you're already doing well at leadway
4) Pay is better at Leadway too

The only thing I am considering in Leadway is that at times business may not come that means I earn nothing that month but Sterling assures a base pay. More so, the sterling offer didn't say 150k but I said that is the minimum I can accept from them at the interview .They were not ready to tell me there actual pay until I am given the offer .

Hmmmm, don't really know what to tell you again.... just follow your instinct. .

Then, don't be scared of meeting targets at Sterling, I believe if you could do well in marketing at Leadway assurance, you can do this too since they're almost same... insurance even seems harder. ..

then stay with leadway, u see the problem with sterling bank is that its not a widely accepted bank,reason = they have fewer branches, they are not rated among the top five, so marketing their product will be a lot more difficult, u need to convenience people beyond every reasonable doubt. The only reason i will advise you to stay is when you have someone that can give you at least 100m naira deposit. lead way=more time to engage in another viable business,more money,more room for advancing in your education without treat . follow your heart!!!

So far is the same marketing.. I will advise u stay where you've already known..wat if they disengage u during ur 6month probabation...had it is not marketing I will advise u go for it

Please who has an idea how much sterling bank pays Graduate Sales executive??
