how much are we looking at? i'm currently abroad and have sent my aunt to go check it out. also told her to go check out constantial. sage's indoor hall is too small i'm told

The only hotel with a beach of any size in KW is Casa Marina Resort. Pier House has a postage stamp size "beach" that seems to be mostly occupied by sailboards & the like. If you really want long tropical beaches I'd suggest Sanibel & Captiva off of Ft. Myers, about as far as KW in the other direction.
