Health is one of the nature’s most divine blessings. It is so amazing that you can only enjoy all the perks of life, only when you’re fit and healthy. Impaired health deprives you from enjoying the countless bounties of nature. Weak health is the major sign of unhealthy lifestyle and habits. You really need to probe into the details of your current lifestyle, if you wish to shift to live a happy and healthy life.



Healthy lifestyle also impacts your mental capabilities, and you’ll be in a better position to achieve your targets and goals through positive attitude and lifestyle. It seemed strange but, it’s true that changing lifestyle had produced great impacts on our aptitudes and intelligence.



From the results of survey carried out in US, it was noticed that about one in every three children is obese, the main reason of course was unhealthy lifestyle. Here lifestyle are broadly classifying into two main categories.

This is really sad, but true, right? We are living in an era where we eat food canned foods filled with preservatives, but abandons the natural fruits and vegetables, which is licking our health badly. Carbohydrates are good as they are main element of energy pyramid, but simple carbs that are frequently available in white flour, sugar, rice and other such products led our bodies to become fluffy.



Researchers showed that these white carbs have same addictive effect on your minds just like cocaine, and once addicted to it, you will find huge difficulty in switching to healthy carbs as your bodies has get tuned with these refined products.



These simple carbohydrate containing foods digest rapidly in our body demanding for more food. You may have also noticed that the upcoming generation is lazier and prefer to adopt sedentary lifestyle. The basic reason lies in the faulty food we consume. So what should we do?

Processed meat and meat products are one of the leading carcinogenic items that we are fed upon. Never go hasty about your health and well-being spare few minutes to cook fresh meat and chicken. Again chicken is one of the leading causes of early onset of puberty and PCO’s.

The chemicals injected in chicken make it grow at a faster speed and when that chicken is consumed by man the same process repeats there. You might have noticed that especially women who consumed daily chicken products are really heavier than the women who do not.



Nature has bestowed upon us countless blessings in the form of fresh fruits, vegetables, and other dairy and non-dairy products. It is regretted but still it’s true, that we are paying at restaurants for expensive food and products, but in return we get processed cancer inviting preservative added products that are rally harmful to our lives. Don’t play with your well-being, these products are actually affecting the quality of your life and health. Oil, butter is an additional weight gaining product.



You might be surprised to hear that butter extracted and prepared at homes like our ancestors and some parts of Asia hold significant nutritional value than these processed oils, butters and margarine.
Go easy



The main thing you need to do first is to go easy. Set your goals, remove unhealthy items from your kitchen and also shop clean. Try to choose nuts and seed in replacement of biscuits and cookies. Nuts are an exceptional metabolism boosting food. Try to substitute white rice, flour, pasta with brown rice, pasta and flour. Munch on cucumbers and other juicy veggies and fruits as your snack. Prepare your own oil less food.
Workout



Try as much as possible to remove your body toxins with workout. The sweating during the workout would help you in getting rid of those toxins. Sweat and vigorous physical activity releases good hormones in your body making you relaxed and happy.

If you can’t afford gym or your physical condition does not permit you, just go for a simple brisk walk. It doesn’t only lubricates your joints, but also pumps blood to your brain and heart more efficiently. It also enables you to perform tasks more efficiently and keeps you focused.

Choose healthy lifestyle, clean eating and workout should be your priority not an option.
