According to the former governor of Akwa Ibom State/Nigerian Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Godswill Akpabio, while in Akwa Ibom State yesterday, he stopped to do his Bank Verification Number at his bank and was mobbed by indigenes of the State and others who were happy to see him.

Up until now,I heard about his gigantic achievements in Akwa Ibom on papers.
I'm presently in Uyo since late last month on official duty.

Every forking road is tarred.

Funny question, the Bank Verification Number exercise isn't something that can come to a halt.
I did mine a month after the 1st Oct. deadline, though i couldn't withdraw a dime from my account within that period, reason being that am a very busy person.
Assuming you opened a bank account today and you had no preexisting bank account in your name, won't you enroll for the BVN exercise today ??
